The Process

Questions

You can pick-up the items during the scheduled time from our warehouse:

Once you receive confirmation that your rental is available, you have 48 hours to confirm your rental with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due two weeks prior to your scheduled rental pick up date.

If you book less than 30 days out from your scheduled pick up date, full payment is required.

Each rental is scheduled for three days, you are welcome to pick up your items the day before your event, and return the items the day after your event. We will confirm pick up and return times through email.

For delivery service requests, the items will be delivered at the agreed-upon date and time by both parties. The delivery fee is determined by factors such as time, location and size of your rental order.

Deliveries are door-to-door, set-up and/or delivery to other areas of venue is not included.

In the event that our staff experiences waiting time upon delivery or the items are not ready for pick-up at the door, an additional charge will be applied.

Many of our items are in high demand and go out for events regularly. If you do not return your item on time, you will most likely be affecting other clients' event rentals. We understand life happens, but please do your best to return items upon scheduled times.

Our late fees are applied as follows:

Feel free to make any changes to your order up to thirty days prior to your event date.
You may cancel your order with 30 days email notice. All deposits made are non-refundable.

Yes, you can rent items out for longer periods of time. Long term rentals will be given a discounted price.
